BeeVoice includes a 60-day money-back guarantee for the initial BeeVoice Standard purchase. To request a refund, visit the BeeVoice Help Center within 60 calendar days of purchase and include your order ID and purchase email.
What Is Covered
- The initial BeeVoice Standard one-time purchase.
- Cases where BeeVoice is not a fit for your intended lawful workflow.
- Duplicate purchases made by mistake, once verified.
Fair-Use Conditions
Refunds may be declined or limited if we detect abuse, fraud, chargeback manipulation, resale of access, attempts to bypass quotas, excessive generation inconsistent with normal evaluation, or other violations of the Terms.
Credits And Outputs
Included credits have no standalone cash value. Generated outputs remain subject to the Terms. Refund approval may disable continued access to BeeVoice and unused credits.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment processor. Bank or card processing times vary and are outside our control.
